How Nest Design Hub handles contact details, project inquiries, and files submitted through this website.
Plain-language notice
This notice covers information submitted through the Nest Design Hub website. It should be reviewed alongside any NDA or project agreement used for an active engagement.
The inquiry forms may collect your name, work email, company, requested service, project type, software, project stage, deadline, estimated weekly hours, project notes, an optional phone number, and an optional project file-sharing link.
Information is used to review your request, ask scope questions, recommend a production path, prepare a quote, and communicate about a potential or active engagement.
Website inquiries are validated and recorded privately in Nest's Cloudflare-hosted database before being sent to filip@nestdesignhub.com through FormSubmit. The record contains your submitted details, any sharing link, and delivery status so an email problem does not lose the inquiry. Source files are not uploaded through this form. See the FormSubmit privacy policy.
For confidential, client-sensitive, or restricted material, request an NDA and agree a transfer method before providing a project link. Submit the inquiry without a link to begin that conversation.
Website delivery records have a 90-day recovery window; older records are cleared as new inquiries are processed. Only authorized site administrators can access those records. Email correspondence and active project records are retained as needed for the business relationship and applicable obligations. You can ask Nest about access or deletion of your information.
We count form starts, accepted inquiries, and calendar openings by page and day. These aggregate counters contain no names, email addresses, message content, or tracking cookies. A calendar opening is not counted as a confirmed meeting. Campaign parameters and the referring page may accompany an inquiry to explain how you found us.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand traffic sources, pages visited, device categories, and inquiry activity. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies; our cookies are configured to expire after 90 days. We do not send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, project links, or uploaded files to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Google processes measurement data under its privacy policy, potentially outside your country.
Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect the website or inquiry forms. Change or withdraw your choice using . We remember that choice on this device for up to 180 days and respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for analytics and aggregate counters.
Booking links open Calendly, which handles appointment information under its own privacy notice.
