Nest Design Hub was built around a simple belief: good design teams should not lose momentum because the right production support is hard to find, slow to hire, or difficult to manage.
We help architecture firms, developers, contractors, and design studios turn ideas into clear deliverables: drawings, models, documentation, renderings, existing-condition packages, and presentation material that can move a project forward.
Our strongest focus is architecture and interior design. That means we understand the pressure behind a deadline, the importance of clean files, the value of consistent standards, and the frustration that comes when production work is technically finished but not actually useful to the team that receives it.
We are a smaller team based in Skopje, North Macedonia, working with US firms. You speak with people responsible for the assignment, agree how work will be reviewed, and get support matched to the task, whether that is a single drawing package or an ongoing role.
Built on more than five years of architecture production experience across 300+ architecture, interiors, and visualization projects. This reflects the experience of the Nest team and its professionals, rather than a claim that every project was completed under the Nest Design Hub company name. That experience has shaped how we work today: listen first, clarify the scope, match the right skills, communicate directly, and deliver files that respect the way the client already works.

We believe businesses should be able to access skilled creative and technical professionals without the complexity of traditional recruitment. Finding the right architect, visualizer, drafter, BIM specialist, or design support person should not require weeks of searching, testing, and uncertainty.
That is why Nest focuses on connection as much as production. We look at the project, the workflow, the software, the timeline, the communication style, and the level of responsibility needed. Then we help shape the right support model around that need.
Sometimes that means one CAD drafting task. Sometimes it means Revit documentation support during a deadline. Sometimes it means a dedicated architect who learns your standards month after month. The model changes, but the intention stays the same: complete the agreed work while keeping design decisions and final approval with your team.

Filip leads Nest's architectural direction, technical standards, and professional delivery. He evaluates architectural requirements, reviews the suitability of professionals, and helps ensure that Nest's work aligns with each client's design intent, documentation standards, and project expectations.
Co-Founder and Head of Marketing and Business Development
Atanas Grkov
Atanas leads Nest's marketing, business development, client acquisition, and commercial communication. He is responsible for positioning Nest, developing partnerships, supporting the client journey, and helping architecture firms identify the most suitable Nest service for their production and staffing needs.
